RQA Shanghai International Food Safety Benchmarking Workshop
There are many food standards around the world. The Global Food Safety Initiative has been working to link the European Standards (BRC Global Standard, Dutch HACCP Code, EFSIS Standard, International Food Standard (IFS), and a US Standard (SQF 2000). Additionally, other specialized standards (e.g., GMA-SAFE®) have been developed, as well as customer-specific standards (RQA-FSQS) that set down requirements to export into Western Europe and North America
RQA Shanghai has developed a course that covers the essential elements required to conform to these standards. This is a three day course. All materials and instruction is presented in Chinese. This course is targeted for senior quality system managers, includes case studies and a short exam. It is the best way to understand the requirements to export to US and European food companies. RQA Shanghai International HACCP Training
It is critical not only for operators and factory workers to understand the principles of HACCP but also for those senior managers and directors who are ultimately responsible for the safety and legality of products manufactured. RQA has therefore developed a HACCP training course that is targeted at these senior managers. It covers all aspects of HACCP and includes challenging case studies.
