To help companies build their capability to develop effective recall programs, RQA is proud to introduce the internationally recognised Recall Coordinator Program.
Participants in the Recall Coordinator Program will not only learn how to create an effective product recall plan, they will receive practical, hands-on training by leading experts to:
- Conduct an effective risk assessment to identify and prevent product-related incidents
- Develop a product recall strategy and objectives
- Understand local regulatory requirements and be able to work with regulators
- Facilitate the activities of a product recall team
- Develop and use effective investigative and decision making tools and processes
- Understand the unique requirements of malicious tampering threats
- Understand the logistics requirements of conducting a product withdrawal/recall
