The first part of RQA’s “Recall Co-ordinator” program, this workshop will:
- Review a number of case studies of product related incidents that have escalated to crises and understand how you can avoid that happening to you
- Understand key legislative requirements and industry best practices as well as new international standards and the implications for NZ consumer foods companies
- Identify the key components of effective product recall plans and be able to evaluate your plan, or use RQA’s template to create one

RQA at AIFST Convention VIC – Creating the Future of Food
The 43rd Annual Convention of the Australia Institute of Food Science and Technology will be held in Melbourne from 25th – 27th July 2010.
