Risk Assessments
RQA will assess your operation to evaluate your risk of
recall. This will include an in depth review of your recall manual
and an assessment of how the manual is integrated into your management
systems. The assessment includes a forward/ backward trace-ability
exercise to determine your ability to track and trace your materials
and finished products through to retail. Depending on your business,
a number of modules can be incorporated into this assessment, including
supplier management systems, labeling controls, allergen management
and facility design and maintenance. Your requirements are reviewed
and this assessment is customized for your operation.
